Responsibilities

Drive improvement of availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency
Create and co-maintain dashboards for actionable insights
Build/maintain platform report cards based on tracked metrics
Identify opportunities for improving reliability and automated standards
Collaborate with engineering teams to drive requirements for customer resiliency
