As a Recruiter working with LeanData, you’ll have an opportunity to shape LeanData’s approach to finding great talent while also hiring the key staff that will scale our company.
You’ll partner closely with our hiring teams to understand and refine the profiles they are recruiting for. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, evaluating interviews and formulating offers.
This is a contract position for two months paying $35 per hour.
Responsibilities
Become a trusted partner to our hiring teams: developing job profiles, designing selection processes and advising on compensation.
Source candidates by using databases, networking, referrals, social media applications and online postings
Evaluate candidates both on paper and using behavioral interview techniques
Manage application experience and create a world-class applicant experience
Continuously follow-up and provide weekly strategic insight to hiring managers in an effort to confirm staffing plans to ensure candidates and hiring managers needs are met
Requirements:
At least 2-years experience of full-cycle recruiting either at an agency or as an in-house recruiter
Bonus points if you have:
Experience hiring for SaaS technology companies
Prior experience using an applicant tracking system, Ashby is preferred
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
The ability to work comfortably with people at all levels of the organization
Ability to project manage with minimal supervision
