The Professional Services Consultant role will apply their experience of Salesforce-based SaaS implementation life cycles and their Consultative skills to implement LeanData as part of the Professional Services Organization. We are looking for high energy candidates that are keen to grow and have an inclination towards technology and customer success. This is a strategic and highly visible role, requiring partnering with both external and internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, as well as various Sales and Leadership roles. The role requires the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide technical solutions to meet business needs. By applying the LeanData Implementation Methodology, your role will translate LeanData products to solve business challenges to ensure value realization to our customers.
What you'll be doing:
Analyze complex business and system processes to build detailed Business Requirements Documents, Process Flows, Project Plans, Executive Business Reviews, and more
Lead technical customer implementations involving working across multiple personas including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and SFDC Development
Work closely with internal and client development teams to analyze technical impacts of the Managed Package in complex Salesforce environments
Proactively identify risks and opportunities during implementation, and manage stakeholders to ensure risks are mitigated and opportunities are actioned on
Engage in day-to-day communications with customers at all levels to ensure we are maximizing their onboarding experience with the LeanData platform
Work closely with LeanData’s Product, Sales and Development teams to quickly onboard customers, design data solutions and surface issues before they become real problems
Proactively identify onboarding process improvements
Strategically leverage customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
Requirements:
2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in SaaS or related technology
Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platform
Proven track record leading customer engagements with demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts, guide strategy and deliver positive results for customers
Excited about immersing yourself in the world of Sales Operations, technology and customer evangelism
Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms
Experiencing managing customer implementations across multiple stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment
This is a fully remote role for candidates in the Atlanta, GA area.
The salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $125,000 depending on skills, location and experience.
