Data Analyst, iQueue for Infusion Centers (US Remote)

We have offices in Santa Clara, CA and Charlotte, NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Data onboarding for new and existing customers
  • Acquire data from different data sources (files and databases), and gather and maintain data requirements
  • Communicate technical requirements to customers and ensure that customer’s IT and process teams clearly understand the data, setup, and transfer needs
  • Occasionally visit customer’s sites 
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and scale the data-gathering process and collaborate closely with product implementation managers, customer success managers, product managers, and engineers to execute these opportunities
  • Work with internal team and external customers to investigate and identify issues in the data ingestion and processing
  • Collaborate with product team and build prototypes for analytical tools and products
  • Coach and be a resource for other team members


WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent years of related experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a data analyst or business analyst, or similar
  • Experience in Python
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Excel), and databases (SQL, Postgres, etc)
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information, hypothesize ideas, and validate them
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience in validating and auditing data, with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility of occasionally working Pacific Time hours regardless of your location

$85,000 - $105,000 a year
LeanTaaS takes a market-based approach to pay. The offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including the level you are hired into, your location, skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience, internal equity, and market conditions. This range may be modified in the future.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
