Learning and Development Coordinator - Remote

As the Operations Program Coordinator, you will be responsible to support Asset Protection Operations’ strategic goals by ensuring learners across the organization receive a clear, consistent, and cohesive onboarding and career development experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Create and facilitate a strategic approach and plan to role-based onboarding and upskilling
    • Develop strong partnerships with key business partners to ensure corporate training materials, design, and delivery support business strategy
    • Schedule and conduct meetings with management and stakeholders to proactively identify topics to be addressed or areas in need of additional learning development
    • Develop key partnerships to analyze performance gaps and define training needs
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovative training approaches to support our distributed workforce
    • Perform other duties that may arise from the programs that are necessary for success
    • Document and present training methods, findings, and recommendations, to ensure approaches can be repeatable and reliable

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of business experience designing, leading, and executing learning & development strategies and plans for large programs and initiatives
    • Focus on creating business value and driving results rather than activities
    • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, problem-solving, and ability to synthesize solutions to meet needs
    • Ability to develop and deliver programs based on the needs of the organization
    • Ability to work independently on projects
    • Contact Center/back-office leadership experience preferred
$60,000 - $75,000 a year
Protective’s targeted salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.

This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
