About This Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join Human Resources Learning and Development as a Claims Learning Designer. Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leaders across the organization to assess incoming learning needs.
- Building learning design proposals based on specific objectives to meet incoming needs: gain feedback and agreement from key stakeholders.
- Designing and developing learning events, assets, and curricula using instructional design methodology and adult learning principles.
- Partnering with learning developers to create digital learning solutions.
- Piloting learning products, seeking feedback, and iterating on solutions to create the best product for the learner.
- Creating an evaluation strategy for designed learning products to assess business impact and gain input for necessary iterations and improvements.
Qualifications
3-5 years of Claims and/or learning and development experience, or both
Passion for helping others learn and develop
Demonstrated project management ability, experience managing multiple priorities, setting work in motion, navigating the organization, and working with all levels of learners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest and willingness to learn formal adult learning methodology
- Interest and willingness to learn Claims technical content
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to grasp complex business information.

The pay range for the role is $80,500 to $137,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
