The Culture & Engagement division is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Corporate Learning & Development team. The Corporate Learning & Development team designs and delivers content and programs that inspire our people personally and professionally. We’re creating a culture of learning by collaborating with experts around the organization to ensure learning is timely, impactful, and relevant. As a Learning & Development Specialist on the Corporate Learning & Development team you will be the “face” of CHG’s culture for new hires and instill CHG’s leadership philosophy in newly promoted leaders. You’ll add your experience and expertise to design, update, and deliver learning both in-person and virtually. You’ll play a key role in identifying and delivering continuous learning opportunities for all our employees. This role will report to the Director of Learning & Development.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training based on prepared course outlines both in-person and virtually to audiences including new hires, individual contributors, leaders, and executives
  • Contribute to new course/content development and improve existing learning resources with input from subject matter experts
  • Provide effective consultative guidance and support to leaders and others who request training outside of our existing programs
  • Demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset and attitude in your communication and interactions with others
Qualifications
  • Communicates Effectively to deliver learning in a clear and compelling manner to a wide range of audiences
  • Situational Adaptability to match the shifting demands of training. Is able to pick up on the need to change personal and interpersonal behaviors quickly
  • Collaborates with others by gaining trust and support quickly to meet shared objectives
  • Cultivates Innovation to create new and better ways for our Corporate Learning & Development team to add value to the organization and create a culture of learning
Education and Years of Experience
  • 2+ years of professional facilitation/presenting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word etc…)
  • Willing to work in the office 3-5 days per week
  • Willing to do moderate travel
Preferred
  • Proven success utilizing feedback and direction to modify goals and projects to better meet the needs of the customer
  • Successfully manage multiple programs/projects at once
  • Experience utilizing eLearning tools
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $50,700 - $137,700 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
