The Yotpo Learning and Enablement Team seeks a curious and action-oriented Learning & Enablement Specialist. As a member of the global Learning & Enablement (L&E) team, you'll be helping with the execution of training and learning programs that will ensure the success of our Go-to-Market teams who drive revenue for the company, including sales, account management, partnerships, and customer success organizations.

In this role, you'll deliver new hire onboarding training programs; coordinate onboarding training logistics; deliver training communications updates; and work with vendors that are vital to our team's success.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Learning and Enablement. As part of Revenue Operations, the mission of the Learning and Enablement team is to build a culture of learning and development by delivering learning experiences and tools that enable all Yotpo employees to do their best work, develop their skills and drive business results. We are helping Yotpo evolve into an even more desirable destination for talent and as a part of this team, you will play a vital role in creating and fostering a supportive culture where our employees can succeed.

How you'll make impact:

  • Deliver monthly training to new employees who are members of the GTM team with the goal of instilling eCommerce knowledge, product messaging and positioning, and an overview of tools and technologies they will need to perform their jobs (Salesforce, Gong, Guru, Workramp, etc.).
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and coordination for enablement events, both ongoing and spot initiatives
  • Maintain a global enablement calendar and records of programs and certifications
  • Pull reports and share current usage of content assets or program completion rates across various platforms (e.g. WorkRamp, Guru, Gong, Ops data)
  • Evaluate, update, and elevate content and resources to ensure they reflect any organizational, product, or content changes
  • Create surveys and monitor feedback on the programs we run to ensure their success and identify any gaps in relevancy & delivery
  • Collaborate closely with, and act as a liaison between, Sales, Partners, Account Management, and Customer Success to ensure all teams have relevant and accurate information to do their jobs.

About you:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in sales enablement, business operations, learning & enablement, training, or other equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply - this is a NY-based position with a requirement to be in the office two days per week.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in a fast-growing tech startup / B2B SaaS / eCommerce.

Base Salary $80000-90000

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
