What You’ll Do:
The Learning Business Liaison supports Goodway Group’s learning programs by translating business needs into real, well-organized, widely-beloved learning experiences that achieve business objectives. They administer and maintain learning systems for the business. They nurture a roster of motivated and impactful subject matter experts and learning advocates throughout the business ("Business Learning Advisors") from leadership, senior, director, and manager roles throughout the company.
Who You Are:
What Does Success Look Like:
30 days: You will have identified your initial roster of Business Learning Advisors. You will have done research and present proposal for new unified learning calendar process. You will have run your first D3 day (Dedicated Development Day). You wil have taken over systems/user administration.
60 days: Begin formulating solutions to stated Business Learning Advisors needs. Work towards Business Learning Advisors working on solution collaborative with Instructional Designers. You will have taken over administration of other learning experiments and pilots.
90 days: Develop and maintain reference documentation for employees and leaders on continuous learning at Goodway. Prepare plan for learning support to help Talent Success Team continuously coordinate learning programs with all partners in the future.
Ongoing: Meet regularly with Business Learning Advisors and PX Business Partners to discuss emerging needs from both the learning and business sides. Prioritize needs and engage Business Learning Advisors with Instructional Designers as appropriate to achieve goals. Assist with survey development and delivery as needed surrounding D3 day (Dedicated Development Day) including survey administration and report delivery. Maintain addition of new hires into Goodway Learning Center (Degreed) (add & assign new hire training). Plan, manage, and execute agenda and communications for D3 day (Dedicated Development Day). Plan, manage, and execute agendas for other synchronous learning experiences.
