Responsibilities:

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Learning Professional to join our team. This position requires expertise in both virtual and live in-person training, along with a strong background in instructional design and e-learning development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to adapt to various learning environments. The Learning Consultant II - Fleet Services will play a pivotal role in driving employee development and advancing our training programs. Experience in fleet management, financial services, and software delivery is highly desirable for this position.

You are a collaborator with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to assess learning needs and design comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational objectives
You can develop and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and courses to employees at different levels
You enjoy applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer, engagement, and skill acquisition
You have knowledge of instructional design principles and experience in virtual and live in-person training methodologies, with the ability to adapt to various learning environments and learner needs
You are familiar with fleet management practices and financial services
You have solid communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
You enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks
You can conduct thorough needs assessments, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and gather feedback through various assessment tools, surveys, and evaluation methods

Qualifications:

Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of experience in adult learning design, development, and delivery, preferably in a corporate setting required
