Our Learning and Culture Team works across Danone North America to define and drive learning strategies, support employee engagement and team effectiveness, and nurture leadership development that support the strategic objectives of the business. By joining our Learning and Culture Team, you will be responsible for understanding learning needs and creating and delivering learning strategies for our first-time people managers. Through thorough needs analysis and proactive and transparent stakeholder management, the Learning Manager identifies and determines effective learning interventions for the organization. The Learning Manager also facilitates learning sessions for internal client groups and analyzes the efficacy of learning initiatives with an eye towards continuous improvement.

The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000.
