The Department of Marketing, Management and Supply Chain at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) invites applications for two non-tenure track Lecturer positions in Marketing. The expected start date is Fall 2023. Salary and benefits are competitive and appropriate for experience and qualifications. Responsibilities include undergraduate instruction on campus, serving on faculty committees and mentoring students, and active community outreach. Hiring decisions are subject to final budget approval.
Completion of a master's degree in business from AACSB-accredited institution with a minimum of 18 credit hours in marketing or related areas is required. Knowledge of and interest in teaching services marketing, advertising and promotion, retailing, and multicultural marketing reflected in prior teaching and/or industry experience are highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important.
