Your expertise in inventory management, purchasing, and warehouse coordination will enable you to ensure seamless operations, maintain optimal stock levels, and source quality materials. If you are a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational and communication skills, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our continued success.Responsibilities• Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement efficient inventory control measures.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.• Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials in the warehouse.• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make data-driven recommendations.• Provide insights to management on cost-saving opportunities, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).• Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, or warehouse coordination.• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control methodologies, and purchasing strategies.• Proficiency in using inventory management software, purchasing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.• Forklift certification and experience in operating warehouse equipment is a plus.Why You'll Want To Work Here• Competitive salary• PTO• Full medical, dental, and vision packages, 401K• Opportunity to work for a high growth company backed by institutional investors.About Us: Legacy Service Partners (LSP) is a leading platform of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service providers across the United States.
