Senior Lawyer | Tax | 5-7 PQE

As a Senior Lawyer focusing on Tax at LegalVision, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax law advice to small and medium-sized businesses. This includes initial business structuring advice, corporate restructuring, drafting private ruling applications, and offering guidance on international expansion. You'll also work closely with our capital raising team and M&A team, providing critical advice on investment raises and business exits.

To be considered for the Senior Lawyer position in our Tax practice at LegalVision, you should have at least 5 years of experience in tax law within a practice environment. Additional experience in general corporate and commercial law is a plus. Attention to detail, efficiency, commercial acumen, and a strong service orientation are essential qualities for this role.
