The Legislative Analyst will be responsible for:

• Planning, organizing, and directing the Department’s development and analysis of proposed legislation impacting statewide procurement operations, procedures and policies

• Identifying inconsistencies, gaps and inaccuracies among statutes, codes, and state administrative procurement documents

• Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder meetings, and participating in meetings with the Legislative Affairs Office, division management, and legislative staff to resolve concerns and/or to provide information on procurement policy

• Providing consultative services to Procurement Division leadership on policy decision-making by researching, analyzing, and developing regulations to meet program needs for procurement issues.

Pay: $5,518.00 - $6,907.00 per month
