DescriptionProgram Summary:The Customer Experience Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing high quality, user-friendly communications for a large set of customers, stakeholders, and leadership as part of the Defense Enclave Services contract. This role will involve collaborating with customers, users, project managers, and subject matter experts to ensure successful execution of communications campaigns.Primary Responsibilities:• Develop project communications, including formal communications plans and execution of project communications• Support migration efforts with the development and distribution of customer emails, newsletters, briefings, and content for senior leadership• Establish metrics for measuring the success of communications initiatives• Ensure documentation and editing support includes checks for accuracy and consistency• Convey complex technical information in a clear and simple manner• Use tools including the MS Office suite, collaboration tools, and Adobe Creative SuiteBasic Qualifications:• BA degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of relevant experience• DoD SECRET or above clearance requiredPreferred Qualifications:• Experience working in an IT environment• Experience in executive communications and organizational support• Strong technical aptitude• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across different audiences and experience levels
