DescriptionWe are seeking an Intelligence Budget Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution process for intelligence operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring budgets to meet internal and external requirements, as well as aligning financial resources with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:• Provide expert guidance and produce reports related to budget and financial activities.• Support budget program execution and generate budget reports for customer offices and programs.• Assist in developing fiscal guidance and contribute to the development of budget analysis and financial data calls.• Draft narratives and input for the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) to Congress.• Assess the IC budget across cross-functional areas and disciplines, and participate in the intelligence planning, programming, budgeting, and evaluation cycle.• Collect and analyze various financial reports and data calls through strategic portfolio reviews.Required Qualifications:• Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field and 7-10 years working in government budgeting, 3-5 years of which must be within the Intelligence Community.• Proven expertise of government budget formulation activities and adept familiarity with the intricacies of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process (IPPBE).Pay Range: $108,550.00 - $196,225.00The pay range is a general guideline and additional factors will be considered when extending an offer.
