The Civil IT Leidos team will own the Cyber scope on this contract and will ultimately be responsible for the securing of applications and infrastructure in a hybrid (cloud and on-premise) environment, and mitigating cybersecurity risks. Begin your journey of a flourishing and meaningful career, share your resume with us today!Your Main Objective: :Support full system engineering life-cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, test, implementation, deployment, maintenance, integration, and documentation of security infrastructure including tool suite. Manage system security from the Operating System (OS) level to the application level.• Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot security solutions and related monitoring tools.• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate security risks.• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities. - Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on security-related matters.• Manage system security from the Operating System (OS) level to the application level to include, but not limited to, patching, scheduling, documentation, coordination, testing, execution, communicationsWhat Sets You Apart :• Bachelor's degree plus 2-years of relevant experience or Master’s degree and no experience.• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.• Experience with network security protocols and technologies.• Experience with security tools (Tenable, Mcafee, Wireshark.
