Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and operating in a clear regulatory framework. Your mission is to lead and enhance our partner relationships from onboarding to launch and beyond. As a Partner Manager, you will be the primary liaison for our partners, ensuring their success by managing all changes and maintaining a consistent relationship as they build their products and businesses. Internally, you will serve as the crucial link between Product, Operations, Engineering, and Second Line, ensuring seamless collaboration to deliver the highest value to our partners. You’ll join at a crucial moment as we’ve hit some major milestones this year: from receiving our BaFin licenses, Go-live and launch of our first partners to raising new funding and more partners to onboard. That means, your role will be pivotal in our next phase of growth, establishing lemon.markets as the preferred provider for launching investment products in Europe.

Manage the Onboarding Process: You will oversee the onboarding process for new business partners, from managing regulatory and operational onboarding to coordinating with Product Domains for feature delivery and launch planning.
Create standardized Onboarding Experiences: Develop repeatable partner onboarding experiences by standardizing and productizing onboarding projects, ensuring a seamless partner journey.
Build trusted Partnerships: Establish and nurture trusted relationships with our business partners, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with lemon.markets.
Maintain Day-to-Day Relationships: Be the first point of contact for partners, manage internal stakeholders, and own the day-to-day relationship management to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
Collaborate with Second Line Functions: Support during the contracting process & work closely with second-line functions to ensure proper Third Party Risk Assessment and compliant management of our partners from onboarding to launch and beyond.
Embrace a strong Writing Culture: Contribute to our writing culture by proactively sharing knowledge and partner insights to deepen our collective understanding.
You are an Industry Expert: With extensive experience in the financial services sector, you possess deep knowledge of either brokerage, fintech, or banking environments, and understand the complexities involved in launching investment products.
You excel in Relationship Management: You have extensive experience managing business partnerships and building strong relationships. Your background may include roles in strategy consulting, project management, product operations or onboarding management.
You are a strategic thinker: You have a strong record of working on strategic, cross-functional projects with high organizational impact. You are able to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and make informed decisions that align with long-term goals.
You build long-term Partnerships: You focus on creating lasting partnerships from day one, understanding our partners' long-term ambitions, their way of working, and building trust.
You communicate effectively: You are an great communicator, able to build trustful relationships with partners and colleagues alike, allowing for tough conversations without damaging relationships.
