Dealer Relationship Manager

Are you a relationship-driven professional with experience in managing dealer partnerships and optimizing program performance? Lendbuzz is seeking a proactive Dealer Relationship Manager to join our team in Florida. In this role, you’ll enhance and maintain our relationships with dealers enrolled in the Lendbuzz Partnership Program, overseeing key elements of our unique finance program, including aggressive advances, high approval rates, and recourse agreements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at navigating logistics, insurance, and compliance to ensure smooth operations for both Lendbuzz and its dealer partners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Point of Contact for Dealer Partners: Serve as the main liaison between Lendbuzz and our dealer partners, ensuring effective communication and a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Recourse Vehicle Management: Oversee the logistics of recourse vehicles, coordinating vehicle returns, payments, and related documentation to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Vendor’s Single Interest (VSI) Management: Handle all VSI insurance requests and issues, ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner, meeting program guidelines and deadlines.
  • Program Performance & Compliance: Regularly monitor the performance and compliance of dealers within the Lendbuzz Partnership Program, ensuring they are adhering to program guidelines and meeting key performance metrics.
  • Dealer Feedback & Program Enhancement: Collect and analyze feedback from dealer partners to continuously improve the Lendbuzz Partnership Program. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and support the development of new initiatives.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain regular reports on dealer performance, vehicle returns, VSI compliance, and other key metrics to keep internal teams informed and aligned.
  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Act as a trusted problem solver for dealer partners, addressing any concerns or issues that arise and ensuring timely, satisfactory resolutions.


Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dealer relationship management, automotive finance, or a similar role with a focus on dealer programs or finance solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing dealer relationships, including communication, issue resolution, and compliance monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of recourse agreements, VSI insurance, and the logistics involved in vehicle returns and payments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with dealership partners and internal teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and complex processes simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor program performance, gather feedback, and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a strong customer service mindset and a focus on delivering solutions to dealer partners.
  • Florida residency and the ability to travel as needed within the region
