Staff Software Engineer

LendingTree is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and build phases of projects while mentoring and educating other engineers. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality product delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and execution of technical solutions
Provide technical guidance in software activities
Assist in maintenance and upgrades of applications
Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements
Support all phases of SDLC
Provide training and mentorship to other engineers
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues
Develop technical solutions to meet business requirements
Plan and execute tasks within deadlines

Education

B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
