Our goal is to create the best model suitable for real-world scenarios and apply the technologies into Lenovo future products. We are hiring multiple NLP Researchers and Machine Learning Researchers to join our Raleigh R&D team. We are looking for developers and researchers with a passion for innovation and technology. If you are a creative thinker, quick learner, and effective problem-solver, please apply!In this role, you will be responsible for or involved in:• End-to-end multi-stage data pipeline, which includes SFT data, RLHF data design, creation, cleaning, and refinement for LLM and multi-modality LLM.• LLM and CV model training• Multi-modality model R&D• Model distillation, quantization, and other related technologies R&D• New algorithms and training techniques R&D in Generative AI field• LLM quantization techniques R&DBasic Qualifications:• Master's degree in ECE / CS or similar field• Experience using Python, PyTorch, Deepspeed, FSDP, vllm, llama.cpp, or similar.Preferred Qualifications:• PhD in ECE/CS or similar field• Experience with CUAD• C++This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
