Senior Manager - Product Management

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead and grow our talented product team at Leonardo. This is a people leadership role, where your focus will be on empowering product managers to do their best work.

You’ll collaborate across the company to deliver thoughtful, intuitive, and delightful product features for our users across B2C and B2B use cases to create content using generative AI.

Working in AI, we are constantly refining and iterating our processes to balance agility and quality and we are looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of being in one of the fastest moving industries in the world. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product development of market leading GenAI features from discovery to launch, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely delivery, and post-launch optimization.

  • Lead, mentor and grow a talented product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to prioritize feature development, optimize resource allocation, and deliver market-defining products for B2C and B2B customers.

  • Contribute to the development of the product team growth, ensuring that cross-functional team chapters are aligned with company goals and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

  • Use data-driven insights, user research, and industry best practices to inform product features and enhancements.

  • Drive excellence in product discovery and delivery processes to optimize speed to market. 

  • Support the product managers to work with Exec sponsors on the product backlog and ensure clear prioritization based on customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and scaling product teams within a web and mobile app environment, with a strong focus on people development and coaching.

  • A skilled people leader who balances team performance and outcomes with a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

  • Demonstrated success in bringing AI, ML, or deep tech products to market; experience in Generative AI is strongly preferred.

  • A strategic mindset, able to connect the dots between company vision, product priorities, and execution.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Design, Engineering, and commercial teams.

  • Strong communication and storytelling, able to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
