CRM Executive - Sport

As a CRM Executive focused on our sports vertical, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies that enhance player loyalty and lifetime value in the dynamic world of sports betting.

Utilizing a data-driven approach, you'll engage and retain our sports bettors, driving profitability while working collaboratively with various teams to align on common goals and innovative solutions. You will oversee the planning, creation, sending, and reporting of campaigns in one of our largest markets.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

●        Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies tailored for sports bettors to enhance loyalty and maximise lifetime value while achieving business objectives.

●        Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine campaigns and customer journeys to elevate user experience, boost retention, and enhance profitability within the sports segment.

●        Data Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics and segmentation to gain insights into bettor behaviours, enabling personalised and relevant communications that resonate with our audience.

●        End-to-End Delivery: Own assigned sports campaigns, ensuring successful execution, adherence to regulations, and a seamless experience for our customers.

●        Collaboration: Partner with your team and cross-functional groups to identify shared goals, opportunities for efficiency, and innovative ideas that elevate our sports offerings.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

●        2+ years of CRM experience, ideally within the sports betting industry and/or the Swedish market is a big plus.

●        Native Swedish is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

●        Positive, creative, data-driven, and results-oriented.

●        Enjoys sharing insights and learning from colleagues while being capable of independent work.

●        Excellent planning, organisational abilities, and keen attention to detail.
