Senior Commercial Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to lead our commercial teams in Sweden. This key position requires expertise in digital marketing, CRM, design, and creative strategies, including affiliation marketing. You will manage all four brands and various departmental areas, with team leads reporting to you.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our operations, excellent organizational and planning skills, and a generalist approach to effectively navigate multiple functions.

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Strategic Leadership: Develop and embed an overarching commercial strategy for the Swedish market, strongly aligned with broader business goals and growth objectives across the organization.

        Marketing and Insights Leadership: Oversee digital marketing initiatives and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention, collaborating closely with other markets.

        Knowledge Sharing and Team Development: Act as a generalist and central liaison across countries to drive knowledge sharing and functional team development, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

        Creative and Strategic Coordination: Partner with creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and consistent messaging across all channels.

        Performance Tracking and Budget Management: Establish relevant KPIs and monitor marketing initiative outcomes while managing resource allocation and budget effectiveness.

        People Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

        Project Management Proficiency: Strong organisational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects efficiently from inception to completion.

        Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels and their strategic applications.

        Affiliation Marketing Insight: In-depth knowledge of affiliation marketing and its role in enhancing overall marketing performance.

        Analytical Acumen: Exceptional ability to analyze data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.

        Leadership and Team Development: Proven experience in guiding teams toward achieving high performance and fostering professional growth.

        Effective Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for collaborating across diverse departments.

        Creative Vision: Innovative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense in design, branding, and content development.
