GROUNDSKEEPER/PORTER - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking professional, dependable candidates for a full-time GROUNDSKEEPER position at one of our new upscale apartment communities in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca - Homecoming at Terra Vista

This position would provide property & grounds cleaning, various custodial/janitorial duties, and most importantly a warm and personable, customer-service enthusiasm.

Additional requirements for this role:

• You must be able to work on the weekends! 
• A Valid driver's license is required.
• Background-check and drug-screen will also be required.
