Account ManagerLee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Account Manager job in Aurora, CO. To qualify, you must have at least three years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn a base salary between $75,000 and $100,00. You will also be eligible to earn additional income through commissions as well as be eligible for a yearly bonus. Lastly, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).Responsibilities:-Coordinating and executing contracts with clients-Overseeing maintenance project coordination-Upselling additional services to your existing book of business-Overseeing field maintenance crews-Maintaining excellent relationships with clients: communicating work schedules, providing quotes, responding to complaints, etc.-Overseeing the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and other company property-Inspecting project sites to ensure working conditions are safe and up to company standards-Running reports for management-All other related tasks as requiredQualifications:-At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role-Previous experience in the landscaping industry preferred but NOT required-Excellent account management and customer service skills-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Fluency in Spanish highly preferred-Excellent attention to detail-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record-Experience with Aspire software preferred but not required-The ability to work on-call during snow season-Excellent selling and upselling skillsCompensation:-Annual base salary between $75,000 and $100,000-Additional compensation available through a commission structure-Eligibility for a yearly bonus-Health insurance options-Paid time off-401(k) programIf you think your skillset makes you the best candidate for this Account Manager job in Aurora, CO, then apply NOW!
