LHH is initiating a search for an Accounting Manager. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to lead a team and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate will have strong technical accounting skills and a passion for process improvement.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the accounting team and oversee daily operations.• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.• Implement and maintain effective internal controls.• Collaborate with other departments on financial matters.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.• CPA or CMA designation preferred.• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.• Experience with ERP software preferred.• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
