We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Mandarin Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our Property Managers. Admin Assistant will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and collaborate closely with our Leasing and Construction departments.Responsibilities:• Assist Property Managers with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.• Manage office filing systems, handle incoming calls, and prepare reports and presentations as needed.• Act as a liaison between Property Managers, Leasing, and Construction departments, ensuring timely and clear communication.• Help organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain calendars for Property Managers.• Draft, translate, and proofread documents and correspondence in both English and Mandarin.• Oversee office supplies inventory, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure a well-organized work environment.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within property management or a related field.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Location: El Monte, CA 91731Department: Property ManagementSchedule: Full-time, 830am-530pmPay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hourSearch managed by: Joanna CalderonBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
