The team is looking for a key leader who will take the reins as the Hybrid CFO/Chief Investment Officer/Operations Specialist.Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate & Structure Financial Deals: Perform equity and debt structuring, financial modeling, and planning to support business expansion.• KPI & Compliance Oversight: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial compliance and performance.• Multi-Unit Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, HR, and operational management, with a focus on the restaurant/franchising industry.• Acquisitions & Due Diligence: Lead financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence for new acquisitions.• Capital Strategy & Investment Opportunities: Devise capital structure strategies to drive growth, working closely with banks and equity partners to secure funding.• Hands-On Operational Leadership: Engage directly with the business, ensuring operational excellence while driving financial strategy.Requirements:• Proven experience in financial management, investment analysis, and multi-unit operations, ideally in the food or franchising industry.• Expertise in financial modeling, detailed financial analysis, and due diligence for potential acquisitions.• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with leadership, banks, and equity partners.• Flexibility in work hours, including availability for early or late calls/meetings.• Hands-on approach to understanding and managing operations at a granular level.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience managing multi-unit operations within the food industry or a similar environment.• Familiarity with franchising models and related financial structures.• Creative and strategic thinking around business growth and financial structuring.Our client offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where your strategic thinking, financial expertise, and operational savvy will directly contribute to the growth of the business.
