Reporting directly to the Controller and CFO, this role offers substantial growth potential within the organization.Job Responsibilities:• Month-End Assistance: Collaborate in the month-end close process, including the recording of various journal entries. Offer well-considered suggestions for process improvements and their implementation.• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the daily accounting operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.• Reconciliations: Conduct monthly reconciliations for key accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.• Cash Flow and Reporting: Prepare cash flow projections and contribute to ad-hoc reporting as needed.• Close Process: Assist in the execution of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to maintain financial integrity.Job Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required• Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience within manufacturing• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Look Ups.If you believe this Controller position aligns with your skills and aspirations, we encourage you to apply without delay.
