Email Marketing and Communications AssistantLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a email marketing and communications assistant with 2 or more years of experience for a 2 and a half month contract role for our healthcare client. This is 100% remote. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.Responsibilities:• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of marketing projects and campaigns.• Experience managing content libraries, organizing assets, and maintaining version control of documents and files.• Familiarity with marketing processes, such as campaign tracking, data entry, and reporting.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft emails, reports, and marketing materials.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.• Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Teams (SharePoint), ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.• Basic knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, and HubSpot.• Experience scheduling posts using platforms like Sprout Social, monitoring social channels, understanding best practices.Employment Type: 2 and a half month contractPay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
