Legal Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for a Real Estate Law Firm in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate is someone who is available to start immediately and lives in Orlando or the surrounding area. This opportunity is temporary/temporary-to-hire and fully on-site.Responsibilities:• Professionally answer telephone line, intakes, screen and direct calls• Process mail, receive and distribute deliveries, and delivery of outgoing mail daily• Document intake, processing and filing• Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies• Monitor and maintain office equipment, e.g., copier, scanner and phones• Performing other administrative tasks as neededQualifications:• Experience working in a professional office setting• Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management, ability to manage multiple tasks, define and set priorities and problem solve• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent requiredHourly Rate: $17.00-$19.00
