Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Litigation Legal Assistant for a law firm client in downtown Seattle, WA. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.The Litigation Legal Assistant will be joining a welcoming, friendly firm that prides itself on retaining their employees with their excellent culture, benefits and appreciation of their staff.Responsibilities:Provide administrative and litigation support to assigned attorneysPrepare pleadings and court filings for electronic filingSchedule and monitor attorney calendars and keep apprised of approaching court deadlinesProofread and edit documents and ensure deadlines are metPrepare expense reportsCoordinate meetingsSchedule travel for attorneysAssist with monthly billing process, including set up new clients in billing system and submitting invoicesQualifications:• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience is required• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe and Zoom• Exceptional attention to detail• Ability to multi-task and prioritize matters• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIf you are interested in this hybrid Litigation Legal Assistant role in Seattle, WA please apply today!Salary: $70,000 - $95,000Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending account, 401k Plan, education reimbursement program, parental leave, Orca card, generous paid time off and paid holidays.
