LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a full-time Marketing Technology Director to work in a Hybrid setting (first 90 days onsite) for our client in City of Industry, CA. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive category growth, while managing marketing teams and budgets. The director will work closely with various departments, analyze campaign performance, and build relationships with key stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Develops and implements marketing strategies that align with company objectives.• Oversees marketing teams, including branding, category growth, and communications, to ensure effective and efficient execution of campaigns.• Collaborates with the Insights team to conduct market research and utilize consumer and industry insights for strategy development.• Works with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.• Monitors and analyzes marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.• Manages marketing budgets to ensure spending remains within financial guidelines.• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and media outlets.• Represents the company at trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness and understand industry trends.Qualifications:• Must be bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin).• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. An MBA is preferred.• At least 10 years of experience in marketing consumer packaged goods, ideally in the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG company.• Experience in multinational corporations, with a proven ability to manage change in a dynamic and innovative environment.• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.• Proficiency in analyzing AC Nielsen data and market research reports to extract actionable insights.• Experienced with marketing and analytics tools and technologies.• Ability to define problems, apply sales principles, gather and analyze data, and draw accurate conclusions.• Knowledgeable in new product development, category management, and brand management.• Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns and communication strategies that drive business growth.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve marketing objectives.• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and working independently within cross-functional teams.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of SAP is a plus.• Flexibility to accommodate meetings with teams in Asia due to time zone differences.Compensation/Benefits: $140,000-$170,000 + 10% performance bonusThis posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
