Job Title: Sourcing & RecruitmentLocation: Remote (Must live in Indiana and be willing to travel to Indianapolis for quarterly meetings)Schedule: M-F 8a-5pDuration/Type: Contract to HireJob Overview:LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist. This position is remote, but will require quarterly on-site presence in Indianapolis, IN. This is a temporary to hire position based on performance.This role Partners with customers as assigned to provide talent acquisition support. Manages a comprehensive recruiting process, which includes posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment. Aligns candidate skills and abilities with openings, to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively.Responsibilities:• Utilizing ATS to review resumes• Conducting Initial phone screens• working closely with hiring managers for scheduling• Extending offers• creating offer letters• on-boarding process• Proactive recruiting on social media and job boardsQualifications:• 2+ years of recent, high volume recruiting experience• Prior experience handling 50-60 open recs• Recruiting in the Healthcare Industry is preferred; not required• Prior experience recruiting for Manager, Supervisor, C-Suite openings, required• Previous experience with Oracle is preferred but not required• Bachelor’s degree is preferred• Deadline oriented• Metrics DrivenBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
