LHH has a Recruiter opening for a great client in the DC area! This position is responsible for supporting full cycle recruitment in a behavioral health organization. Experience recruiting direct support professionals is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential assessments and conducting... interviews as well as provide coordination support. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Some travel is required.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Plan recruitment events for potential new hires and interns
• Source candidates through databases, hiring events and social media
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Meet with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Assist with presentation of offer letters and with the onboarding process
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of related experience
• Experience utilizing an ATS system, UKG preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
