LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Senior Accounting Manager job opportunity for the corporate office located in Emeryville, CA. This position is hybrid and will need to be in-office 1 or 2 days a week. The ideal candidate will have 8 plus years of experience as a senior level accounting professional, have experience in both public accounting and private industry, and be experienced at supervising a team. The job will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 accountants, manage and lead the month-end and quarter-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, reconciliations review, trail balance review, financial statement preparation, recognize and analyze general ledger activity through a detailed flux analysis, financial analysis review, monitor internal control process, work directly with outside audit, support the organization with the preparation of quarterly and annual reports filed with the SEC, and assist on other duties and projects as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required- CPA Required- Combined experience in public accounting and private industry preferred- Excellent knowledge of current US GAAP- Experience supervising/managing a team- Software experience with SAP preferred- Strong technical skills advanced in Excel- Excellent communications with the ability to work cross functionally at various level in an organization- Detailed, analytical, reliable, and organized- Team player, a positive attitude, able to prioritize, and function in a fast-paced environmentEmployment Type: Temporary (3 to 6 months)If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com!Pay Details: $90.00 to $100.00 per hourSearch managed by: Flynn WoodworthBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
