If you have a strong payroll processing background and have the right software experience we encourage you to apply as soon as possible for more information!What You’ll Do:• Manage Payroll: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now and Workday.• System Expertise: Configure and troubleshoot payroll systems.• Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations.• Report & Analyze: Create and analyze payroll reports; provide insights for improvements.• Support Employees: Address payroll inquiries and resolve issues.• Prepare for Audits: Maintain accurate records and assist with audits.• Enhance Processes: Identify and implement process improvements.What We’re Looking For:• Experience: 3+ years in payroll, with experience using ADP Workforce Now and Workday• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.• Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel.• Knowledge: Deep understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
