Liaison - Customer Relations- Full Time Days: MRH - Emergency Room

Summary:
Serves as a liaison between guests, staff, and patients to respond to patient information inquiries.
Detailed responsibilities:
  • Greets all guests and provides information, directions, or instructions based on guests' needs.
  • Maintains and regularly updates patient information. Routes or responds to general inquiries for information or directions.
  • Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming telephone inquiries.
  • Receives and processes customer suggestions and complaints.
