Library Financial Associate

• Manage budget administration for all library-related indexes, including reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor financial matters, including expenditures, payments, purchase agreements, EagleBuy approvals, payrolls, and departmental credit cards.
• Assist with budgetary planning and documentation.
• Collaborate with ITS to coordinate library technology purchases and projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus five years of related experience OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus three years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
