Hollie Estes Agency, LLC in Ozark, Missouri, is looking for a goal-oriented, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full Time Insurance Sales and Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our agency. Every day you'll be using your strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving, rapport-building, and time-management talents to ensure you are providing the best experience for your clients.

Applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and can earn at least an additional $20,000+ in commission during their first year.

Responsibilities

Immediately greet all customers, calling in or entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful and coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

A Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license is required.

Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
