Oversee the end-to-end campaign development and execution of email and SMS flows, including building audience segments, A/B testing, analysis, and optimizations

Develop a lifecycle marketing strategy and calendar that aligns with and helps achieve company OKRs and goals

Utilize assets to design and test content for all campaigns while remaining on brand

Create and present performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations

Run A/B tests for content, landing pages, audiences, etc.

Contribute to the launch and ongoing management of a loyalty program

Work closely with the marketing, operations, and content teams to develop campaigns to support quarterly initiatives

Help conduct research to gather insights and best practices

Ideate and implement new strategies and tools to improve customer acquisition and retention

An experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager preferably with a background in franchising, eCommerce business models, and entertainment. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and games and is confident in a fast-paced startup environment, able to operate with limited direction and supervision. Specific skills, attributes and abilities of the ideal candidate are as follows:

3 years of lifecycle marketing experience (email and SMS

)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred

Robust analytical skills with the ability to digest large sets of data and provide key insights and recommendations

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Expert knowledge of A/B testing tools and strategies

Experience segmenting audiences from a large database based on various criterias and tailoring campaigns to these segments

Experience developing and testing landing pages

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and also proactively work alone

Working knowledge of Iterable is preferred

Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, or other similar tools Experience with loyalty programs

Understanding of APIs, software integrations, and data connectivity

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Power BI, and Amplitude are a plus
