As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at LifeStance Health, your primary responsibility will be delivering high-quality outpatient mental health care. To qualify as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with LifeStance Health, you must be fully licensed to practice independently in Texas. Experience working with various populations, particularly adults and children, is essential. The typical work schedule for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at LifeStance Health is designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. As an LMFT, you'll primarily provide 100% outpatient care, allowing flexibility in managing your appointments.
