Role Mission


The QA Engineer will be responsible for implementing testing strategies, contributing to the development and maintenance of test automation, and working closely with development and product teams. This role requires a strong foundation in QA, with an emphasis on actively contributing to quality processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. The ideal candidate will help drive continuous improvement in testing practices and contribute to the team's success in delivering high-quality software..


Deliverables
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Typescript
  • Implement test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies
  • Conduct thorough testing of web applications (React, Express, Electron) to identify and report defects
  • Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide valuable insights
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of our QA practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance testing methodologies


About You
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript) for test automation
  • Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright)
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., GitHub Actions)
  • Exposure to performance or security testing is a plus


Nice To Have
  • Experience with GitHub Actions
  • Experience with Appium
  • Experience utilizing LLMs (Large Language Models) for creating comprehensive and detailed test plans
