Director of Demand Generation
Lighthouse is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead a team of marketers focused on email marketing, paid media, and field marketing. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing demand generation programs to drive company growth.
Skills
- Experience in demand generation across multiple channels and market segments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with focus on performance analysis
- Expertise in marketing channels and tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Experience in managing paid media, email marketing, and field marketing
- Ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies
- Collaborative mindset with Sales and Marketing alignment experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of demand generation marketers
- Develop and execute full-funnel campaign strategies
- Manage and optimize lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes
- Collaborate with sales team for effective lead management
- Oversee demand generation budget and resource allocation
- Test and optimize landing pages and lead generation forms
- Manage field & event marketing resources
- Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies for paid digital campaigns
