Bridging eDiscovery and Minorities (BEAM) organizes activities, provides professional development opportunities, and facilitates discussions that support and enhance the experiences of racial and ethnic minorities in the workplace. Through thought-provoking workshops, speaker engagements, and employee-focused sessions, the group ensures a safe space for networking, exchanging ideas and information, and mentoring.
The Women Leadership, Exploration, and Development (WLEAD) program is dedicated to facilitating interaction, and organizing activities that support conversations about women and leadership. WLEAD works to help women strengthen thier management skills and provides them with strategies to move up towards leading roles through info sessions, workshops, networking opportunities and more.
The Relationship and Family Ties (RAFT) group works to build connections and facilitate interaction among colleagues through topics that relate to how personal relationships can impact you at work. This group aims to provide resources, and to support employees who are having trouble doing their best work when interpersonal and familial relationships outside of work become top of mind.
At Lighthouse we strive to promote an inclusive and supportive community for all members of the LGBTQIAA2S+ community. For us this means supporting efforts that create an inclusive diverse and equitable workplace community, as well as being both a visible and accessible resource for all employees when it comes to community focused networking, support and social opprtunities.
The Military & Allies Standing Together (MAST) group works to be a support system for the military community at Lighthouse as well as upholding a sense of commitment and appreciation for the military community in general. The MAST group facilitates interaction and activities to bring the military community at Lighthouse together.
