Collection Specialist (Permanent Work from home)

Lightspeed is seeking a Collection Specialist to join their team in Manila. The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments while providing excellent customer service.

Skills

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Admin experience
Basic finance knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

Make 50+ outbound collection calls daily
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Ensure timely collection of payments
Identify reasons for account delinquency
Work with collection agencies to resolve overdue accounts
Deliver excellent customer service

Education

Entry-level finance knowledge
Previous experience in an administrative role
