As a Solution Consultant, you will support our Go To Market teams, including sales,

partnerships, marketing, and account management. In this role, you will provide pre-sales and technical product support and will work closely with sales and other internal teams and stakeholders to communicate learnings around the competitive landscape and market needs. This is a remote position that will require occasional travel.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and challenges.

  • Design and present technical solutions to prospects, including lines of business managers, IT managers, developers, and “C” level executives.

  • Articulate solution architecture that may include Limble, partner APIs, and other integrations with third party applications.

  • Identify and document prospects’ business and functional requirements, effectively present solutions, identify solution gaps, and communicate feedback to internal product team.

  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prospects’ business and technical requirements to facilitate solution led approach.

  • Actively manage and nurture sales pipeline, collaborating with team members across the sales cycle to advance deals towards closure; track progress and identify necessary actions to move opportunities forward.

  • Stay up to date with product developments and releases.

  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFPs.

  • Collaborate with internal product teams to share prospects’ feedback on solutions through documentation and needs analysis.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience.

  • Proven experience working with technology platforms and SaaS products and contributing to technical pre-sales and or after sales services.

  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales processes.

  • Ability to quickly adopt and understand specific industry/vertical business challenges and creatively translate them into system functional requirements.

  • Naturally curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutions.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to see the “big picture”, prioritize task, and improve processes.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, high-growth startup environment and comfortable with varying levels of ambiguity—which you’ll help eliminate.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly concisely explain complex topics while articulating business issues and effective solution design.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Loopio RFP software, and Tableau a plus.
