Join Lime's Finance team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and be a driving purpose behind our continued success in the micro-mobility revolution! Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Lime's financial strategy by overseeing budgeting, planning, and reporting for our local market operations and other crucial cost of revenue ("COR") functions. Your insights will not only guide decision-making but also empower our local operations teams with the analytics and tools they need to excel.

This is a remote position with a requirement of Central or Mountain time zone locations.


What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate with Accounting for month-end close to ensure accruals are accurate
  • Partner with cross-functional key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate reporting
  • Own the quarterly forecasting and global annual budgeting process for assigned market regions and central COR expense items
  • Develop deep relationships with Regional Managers and Local Ops personnel to drive strategic initiatives, provide insight on performance, and understand market nuances
  • Regularly communicate with the business and operational teams, as well as the broader company, about Lime’s financial vision and ongoing progress against goals
  • Spearhead and/or partner on strategic ad-hoc analyses as dictated by business needs


About you:
  • 5+ years overall experience in FP&A, preferably with 1-2 at a public company
  • Experience with working with Accounting during the month-end close process
  • Ability to learn and navigate financial reporting and forecasting tools (NetSuite and Anaplan experience would be an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge the gap between detailed analysis and strategic objectives
  • Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and written communication
  • High level of intellectual curiosity, drive to learn new skills, and knack for problem-solving
  • High sense of personal integrity and hold yourself to high ethical standards
  • Motivated to work hard and push through obstacles in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record in building cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders


The anticipated salary range for this position is $104,000 - $140,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
